Selection of the best Croatina grapes obtained from dried grapes of long maceration in the must. Brilliant ruby red colour with violet hues. Fragrance of ripe wild berries with notes of violet and a base of nutmeg.
Penetrating and velvety aroma, it rests for a short time in oak barriques. During and after meals it is a "meditation wine".
Limited production. Serve at 18°C.
The alcohol content can vary from 0.5 to 1% in the different vintages.
