It is the son of the homonymous vineyard and of a rigorous selection of the best grapes of our company. It remains in the cellar for 6 years. The vinification is traditional, in our style, but is not implemented before a strict selection that leads to discard the not perfect berries individually. The Cerretalto is produced only in years when the quality of the grapes is extreme. Complex and powerful but also able to maintain over the years its unique finesse. Estrememente long-lived wine. Tasting Notes. It is ruby red, with aromas of red fruit, spice and a mineral vein characteristic and unmistakable. Its taste has great length and depth. To be served at a temperature of 16-17 opening the bottle some hours before or to decant gently. Serving suggestions. It enhances the great meat dishes and aged cheeses but is rewarding also on its own with the people you have the pleasure of stay with, to enjoy moments of pure pleasure.
