It deals with an important and austere wine of great structure and personality, which is achieved by a careful selection of grapes from the vineyard Vigna Paronzo. Intense ruby red coloured wine with garnet reflections. On the nose reveals cherries, vanilla and currants hints. On the palate is powerful, austere, tannic, dry and with blackberry and sweet tobacco hints. It combines well with main dishes of game, red meat and cheese hard cheese.
