Wine undergoes a light passage in barriques deep red color tending to purple, vinous, slightly herbaceous with hints of raspberry, dry, full-bodied, velvety. With aging matures, becoming delicate and releasing a gentle violet perfume. It combines well with any meal, especially pasta dishes, roasted red and white meats, game, poultry, goat and lamb, hard cheeses. Serve at 18 degrees and uncorked a few hours before aging.
