Production system:
Produced only in excellent vintages meticulous selection of the grapes. The maceration takes place at a controlled temperature and continued for 12-14 days. Barrique 2 years and a half, the first on the market the emission the wine is aged in the bottle for at least 12-18 months. Features: Colour: intense ruby red with garnet reflections, that after long aging. Bouquet: intense, enveloping, fruity and spicy with hints of tobacco and chocolate. Flavour: full, velvety and balanced tannins. Food Pairing Superb accompaniment to red meats, game and mature cheeses. Long aging.
