Maximum output: 100 quintals / ha Vinification: Harvest Delluva in small containers. Pressing and stripping. Fermentation on the skins at controlled temperature of 25 C in stainless steel tanks for 20 days. Aging in stainless steel tanks and 50% in oak barrels for about 12 months. Further refinement in the bottle for at least 3 months. Tasting notes Colour: Ruby red, garnet. Bouquet: Intense, with hints of dried fruit and cherry. Flavour: Smooth, spicy, long-intensity.
