Maximum production: 100 ql / ha Vinification: Grapes collected in special containers and left to rest with controlled temperature and humidity for about 2 months. Pressing and stripping. Rest with the skins for about a week. Soft pressing and very slow fermentation for a few months. Refinement in steel barrels and 50% in oak barrels for over 6 months. Further refinement in the bottle for at least 3 months. Organoleptic Notes Color: Deep ruby red. Aroma: withered ripe fruit. Taste: Sweet, harmonious, with long lasting pleasant sensations.
