Raboso is the most ancient vine native to the “Piave valley” placed in the glorious Treviso area.
The grape harvest, given its particular characteristics, occurs late, at the end of October and at the beginning of November.
After a long maceration it is aged for more than two years in oak barrels and then aged in bottles for other 6 months.
It expresses its best after a long aging. In its ruby red color with garnet hues, we capture the scents of Marasca cherry and wild blackberry.
Its flavour is robust and austere, and goes well with grilled red meats and ground game.
Temperature of serving: 18 C.
