The red color of the gravel, the classic Bordeaux grape blend of cabernet and merlot personalized with the local variety: raboso.
After a long maceration it is aged for over two years before in small oak barrels.
Subsequently, it is aged in steel tanks and then bottled.
In its intense color you capture the spicy aromas of pepper and licorice, sweetened with hints of wild berries.
For its harmonious body it goes well with grilled meats, baked fish and mature cheese.
Serve to 16–18 C.
It can evolve for 6–8 years at least.
