Raboso Piave shows its strong character already in the vineyard having a very long vegetative cycle: first germinates and is one of the last to be harvested. It has an intense ruby red colour with garnet, its bouquet is full, large, pleasant, reminiscent of cherries, wild blackberries, vanilla, leather, tobacco and violets. The taste is dry, austere, with a pleasant acidity and tannins ennobled by the contribution of alcohol.
