This wine is made from thinned grapes, carefully selected and slightly over-ripe, aged in steel oaks.
Ruby red color - very rich and impenetrably deep.
Bouquet with scents of fresh fruit and red berry, intense and elegant, austere and decided.
Flavor: full and fruity, with very intense olfactory hints of red berries.
It should be served at cellar temperature between 18 and 20 degrees.
It goes well with main courses of roasted meat, grill and boiled meats as well as a medium aged cheese .
