Obtained from a careful selection of grapes at a late harvest. Aged in steel for 9 months and then in bottles for 6 months. Color: Red ruby-garnet, intense and deep. Bouquet with hints of ripe red berries and plums. Soft and well balanced flavor with olfactory hints of very mature red fruit. It matches with main courses such as roasts, grilled meats and game. Excellent with cheese.
