An excellent and superb wine, which grapes are selected while still on the plant in order to guarantee the highest quality. The bunches are dried on racks until mid-february. After the first fermentation, the wine is transferred in smaller 7 hl tanks, perfect to exalt the parfumes and the flavour. In this way this important wine, with intense fragrances and velvety tastes, is perfect to intensify the bitter notes of the dark chocolate.
