Italian Natural Wine

A production philosophy is consolidating among producers: to produce naturally working in respect of the land, the territory and the cycles of nature.

Outside the logic of certifications the producers of natural wine commit themselves not to use chemicals in the vineyard nor in the winery.

The fruit of this effort is to create natural wines that talk about the land, the work of man and nature.

The intent of these producers is to create wines that are as much as possible "children" of the territory and the culture from which they come, respectful of nature’s cycles.

The theme is open and there are various associations that have sprung up to support and promote this production philosophy.
