Umberto Soletta still today cultivates a vineyard and an olive grove planted by the age of five with his father and his uncles.
Over the years he has continued to work the land and has kept alive an important family tradition, which has become over time a mission. In 1996, being more and more aware of the fact that the value of a wine depends also on the quality of the place where it is made, created an "oenopoly", in order to transform and enhance an area that had always stood out for the goodness of its fruits but also required significant environmental restoration measures. Carrying out painstaking reclamation, combined with the attentive care of the landscape aspects, he has restored with tenacity the traditional type of vineyard and achieved significant results, including commercial, creating a harmonious relationship between the natural, sometimes wild, surrounding environment, and man work.
