Less than two kilos of copper pentahydrate and a little wettable sulfur are the treatments carried out per year. Self–produced green manure, compost and wood chips are the nourishment with whom I feed the land where they my ladies grow. Earthworms, bred on purpose, are my operators of the underground. I do not run any filtration nor fining. I pursue the goal of being able to make a good wine, elegant, mineral, with varietal scents specific of Vermentino through the respect of the soil and of my vines.
