The "Fattoria San Michele a Torri Srl" farm is located in the Chianti wine production area, 15 km from Florence, at an altitude of 211 meters above sea level, amidst vineyards and olive groves that gently decline towards the valley of the Pesa stream. Extending over 200 hectares of land, of which 50 are cultivated with vineyards, 30 with olive groves and the remainder with arable land and woods, the Fattoria di San Michele is practically straddling the Chianti Colli Fiorentini and Chianti Classico wine areas. A habitat particularly suited to viticulture, where fragrant, velvety red wines of great character are born. Paolo Nocentini, who is the current owner of the farm, has given new impetus and development to traditional agricultural activity by renewing and expanding the crops and directing them to organic production.
