Azienda Trinità originally was a cosy country house of the seventeenth century at the foot of Etna, the summer residence of an aristocratic family of Catania ... The family now lives in the main house, where several blocks were converted into suites and bedrooms for guests and in the dining room dishes of the traditional Sicilian cuisine are served... Moreover, Azienda Trinità offers tours of gardens, cooking lessons etc...à. It has a production of DOC wines, such as an excellent white wine from "Carricante" grapes, an Etna red and rosé called "Barone Antonio" from "Nerello Mascalese" grapes, and also a Merlot, wines produced mainly in the Mertoli estate in Contrada Puntalazzo, owned by the family for several generations.
