The I Favati winery arises with great authority on the Italian panorama of producers of fine wines and grappa.
From a great family tradition, where passion and culture of fine wine have been handed down since the early decades of the latest century, the company is today in the renowned land of Irpinia and is expertly managed by Piersabino and Giancarlo Favati and by Rosanna Petrozziello that take care of every aspect of production and marketing of products, with the valuable contribution of skilled winemakers.
The vineyards owned, located in D.O.C.G. areas for a surface of 10 hectares, the winery perfectly structured to encourage the best outcome of each cycle, from ripening to vinification, to aging, are additional guarantees for the high value of all wines, from the Fiano di Avellino DOCG, Taurasi and Greco di Tufo, to Aglianico Cretarossa.
Adjacent to the basement, there is a cozy room for tasting and sale. The annual production is limited to 60,000 bottles, in full respect of a business strategy that aims always and exclusively to quality. Currently, the I Favati company operates in the Italian, European and American markets.
