The productive activity of the company makes use of modern technology while preserving the simplicity, in line with the tradition, which has so far characterized the workings.
The company currently owns and enjoys the availability of a set of land plots in the locality of Possaitara – Chiappella (town of Riomaggiore) that make up the more extensive plot.
While other properties, to a lesser extent, are located in the coast of Tramonti, in the locality of Schiara (municipality of La Spezia) and in other areas of the town of Riomaggiore: Bargone, Casen di Qui, Casen di Là, Val di Serra.
It continues in the winery located in the old town of Riomaggiore, partly carved into the rock, where the wine ready to bottling is preserved partly in stainless steel vats and partly in barriques.
A corner of the room has been equipped to preserve the testimonies of the rural culture, such as tools that, unchanged for centuries, have accompanied and allowed the work in the countryside and in the wine cellars.
Therefore, the bottles ready for commercialization are stored in a special air conditioned room in such a way that does not undergo sudden changes in temperature.
The business plan includes, in the coming years, many interventions in the recovery of the territory, understood as a reconstruction of the terraces collapsed where to plant new vineyards, citrus, herbs and fruit trees, and in the recovery of some cottages to be restored in their characteristic of rural productivity and to be prepared for the different objectives that the company has prearranged.
The career of Ivan Giuliani started in Terenzuola, the family farm where he took his first steps into the world of wine, already since the first half of the 90s with the recovery of old vines that his grandfather Luigi, returning from New York because of the crisis of 1929, had purchased in the Municipality of Fosdinovo. The collaboration, started some years ago with his friend Marco Nicolini, famous local farmer entrepreneur, gave further impetus to a project that involves him also in Cinque Terre, in the small company initiated by the cardiologist Evasio Pasini.
The path of this talented winemaker arises in the Cinque Terre, where now a large part of his production is located, to arrive in 2003 to a project called Prima Terra. The harmony of his wines comes from many small elements, apparently disintegrated, that only he manages skillfully to mold as a good orchestra conductor. Even the name imposed to wines follows the originality of Walter.
The Capellini have been vinegrowers in Volastra, in the heart of the Cinque Terre, for at least seven generations. The Company currently is run by Luciano in collaboration with his wife Pina and his son Mirco, without forgetting the valuable contribution of his mother Giulia Mergotti, who has been recently awarded a prestigious recognition for the commitment of a lifetime dedicated to the preservation of the territory. The orientation of production presents, for the time being, a small range consisting of three reputable wines.
Azienda Agricola SCORZA CESARE was founded thanks to the enthusiasm of the young owner, whose family has always worked in the field of viticulture.
In the highly suited areas of its vineyards, it produces only for its winery, both for the protection of the genuineness of the product and to protect the environment.
The grapes are vinified, in the traditional way, in the modern winery located in Manarola in the Cinque Terre area, under the watchful direction of the oenologist Giorgio Baccigalupi, whose ability are known and appreciated by all operators in the sector.
It was the desire to revive the "garden of Litàn", so as he called it, that spurred us in 2000 to start our adventure, recovering those vineyards which lay abandoned for many years in the Municipality of Riomaggiore (La Spezia).
We are talking about that segment of coast, those steep slopes that overlook the beautiful cove of Canneto, which is part of the Protected Marine Area of Cinque Terre, a special area for its microclimate called "Costa de Sera".
With dedication, passion and hard work we were able to find, in 2006, our Winery, naming it in honor of our grandfather, Giulio, "Cantine Litàn".
The current surface of our vineyard is of about 10,000 square meters.

Now the farm has got and enjoys the availability of a group of grounds in resort. This fragmentation of the productive location derives from the choice to diversify the production, reducing the factors of environmental risk and to give the opportunity to have many characterizing suspicions for the wine.
