Located just a bit more than a kilometer away from the Soave exit of the A4 motorway, Enoteca Ambrosia is the right combination between past and future. With a welcoming environment, it aims to provide quality, simplicity and attention, in winter with a heated patio by the fire always lit, in summer with the garden, protected by two big Mulberries. The cuisine ranges from traditional dishes of Verona such as Risotto with Amarone to other protagonists of a more refined search of the ingredients, sourced from the sea or from the land, with a seasonal basis. Ambrosia also wanted to show the other side, a day venue located right in front of it, which offers coffee service with homemade brioches, quick lunches and take–away gastronomy.
