As part of the Bio-LogicA event scheduled for the weekend, the Strada del Vino e dei Sapori del Trentino offers two days of tasting workshops in collaboration with ONAV-Sezione di Trento, Strada della Mela e dei Sapori della Val di Non and Sole and Confagricoltura.

Eight meeting opportunities that will allow visitors to embark on a journey of taste in the Trentino of wine , through its most identifying wine products.

It starts on Saturday 16 March at 11.30 with the presentation of the book “Narrating Trentino del Vino” edited by Rosa Roncador, author of the volume together with Attilio Scienza and Nereo Pederzolli. Afterwards, Rosario Pilati will propose a tasting linked to the autochthonous par excellence of Trentino , namely Teroldego and Nosiola . An opportunity to also remember the next “DiVin Nosiola” event scheduled from 21 to 30 March in Valle dei Laghi.

At 12.30 pm it is time to focus on a vine that comes from Germany but which in Trentino has found an ideal environment to become a highly appreciated and highly versatile wine: Müller Thurgau. During the meeting, you will have the opportunity to taste products from different Trentino areas, from Val di Cembra to Vallagarina, passing through the vineyards of Trento.

The afternoon starts at 3.30pm with the tasting in collaboration with the Strada della Mela e dei Sapori delle Valli di Non and Sole , focused on mountain wines and fresh local Val di Non cheese . Finally, at 4.30 pm there will be space for the Teroldego Rotaliano with different expressions of this representative variety of the Piana Rotaliana.

Sunday begins in the name of learning while having fun with the game-workshop dedicated to the little ones "On the earth with the senses" organized by the Educational Services of the METS - San Michele Trentino Ethnographic Museum , scheduled for 9.00 am . At 11.30 it is time for mountain bubbles with the tasting in collaboration with Confagricoltura del Trentino, dedicated to the expressions of Trentodoc , in the brut, nature and rosé versions, combined with ASTRO fish products.

The morning ends at 12.30 with the meeting in collaboration with the Vino Santo Trentino winemakers for a new dive into Nosiola , comparing the differences between that of the Valle dei Laghi and that of the Avisiane Hills. The tour among the testimonial wines of Trentino ends at 4.30 pm with Marzemino , also offered in an unusual sparkling rosé version.

Each meeting includes the tasting of three glasses accompanied - depending on the wines - by Vezzena, Lagorai or Caciotta with herbs from Casearia Monti Trentini and is offered at a cost of 5 euros while seats last.
