On Friday 8 December the Termeno company will welcome visitors and enthusiasts for a day dedicated to tasting tables, guided tastings and local artisan products.

Participants will be able to taste a wide and accurate range of Tramin wines, in particular the new vintages of the Selection and Classic line, choosing between different tasting formulas.
Among the proposals, the guided tasting of five wines chosen by Cantina Tramin and served with different versions of the South Tyrolean dish par excellence: canederli stands out. We will start with Marjun Pinot Noir 2021, served with speck dumplings in broth, and then move on to the white Stoan 2022 paired instead with spinach dumplings and cheese sauce. Glarea Chardonnay 2022 will be accompanied by beetroot dumplings topped with horseradish sauce, while Nussbaumer Gewürztraminer 2022 will be offered with pressed Graukäse dumplings served on a white cabbage salad. Finally, to conclude on a sweet note, Roen Gewürztraminer Vendemmia Tardiva 2022 will be paired with sweet strudel dumplings with whipped cream.
The guided tasting sessions are accessible by reservation , given the limited places, at a price of 40 euros per person at 12:00, 13:00, 15:00 and 16:00.
During the event, those present will have the opportunity to taste, without the need for a reservation and at a price per glass, the extensive list of Cantina Tramin wines, from the classic line to the Selezioni, including the new vintages of Nussbaumer , Unterebner Pinot Grigio, Stoan , Maglen Pinot Noir Riserva, Urban Lagrein and the Loam blend of cabernet and merlot grapes. Furthermore, for the curious and enthusiasts, there will be the opportunity to explore the evolution of Urban and Nussbaumer with two verticals from the most interesting vintages.
As in previous editions, there will be a space dedicated to the stands of local artisans of taste , where you can taste and buy, in view of Christmas gifts, gastronomic goodies typical of Alto Adige. You will be able to taste the specialties of the Degust Affineur dairy of the starred chef Hansi Baumgartner (Varna and Bressanone), the genuine catch of the Schiefer fish farm of San Leonardo in Passiria (BZ) and the crunchy bread products of Gruber Baking . The Posthaus Schmuck jewelry store from Merano will be the guest company of this edition. Unique handmade pieces that recall elements, shapes and lines of the vine plant will be displayed in his stand
