Casoni inaugurates the 2026 production with an experiential event in the fields of Vignola.

One of Casoni Fabbricazione Liquori's most iconic events returns, as the company once again this year launches its new production of Gin Tabar Ciliegia di Vignola PGI with an experiential event in the place where it all begins: the fields of the Consortium for the Protection of the Ciliegia di Vignola PGI.

Tomorrow, June 16, 2026, coinciding with the start of the harvest season and the local event “ Vignola è tempo di Ciliegie ”, the company is renewing a now distinctive format, transforming the start of production into a true moment of storytelling and strategic positioning for the brand.

From field to bottle: the story starts with the raw material

Journalists , bartenders , and stakeholders will be involved in an immersive journey that begins in the " Land of Cherries ." The highlight of the day will be the hand-picking of the fruit , carried out in the Consortium's fields, where participants will be able to experience the prized raw material firsthand.

The day's program, which will meet at the Montecuccoli Farmhouse in Vignola , will combine experiential moments with educational content. Before the harvest, a masterclass will be held dedicated to the company's production philosophy, the Gin Tabar project, and the unique characteristics of the Vignola Cherry PGI product.

To conclude, a cocktail experience will guide guests through the discovery of the finished product through tastings and interpretations created by bartenders, creating a direct connection between raw materials, the production process, and contemporary mixology .

Launched in 2023, Gin Tabar Ciliegia di Vignola IGP has established itself as a distinctive reference in the panorama of contemporary gins , thanks to the balance between notes of ripe cherry, selected botanicals and an identity deeply rooted in the Modena area.
