A great international recognition for a great Italian product, the Pallini Limoncello.

A great international recognition for a great Italian product, the Limoncello Pallini , which received the Gold Medal of the Concours Mondial de Bruxelles 2020 at the recent Spirit Selection , an international event in its 21st edition, which rewards the best spirits from all over the world and which was held in Brussels from 30 October to 1 November. An ever greater success for this authentic Italian excellence in the world, also awarded by the Consumer Quality Award for the third consecutive year. Natural liqueur produced by Pallini since 1875 , this Limoncello is obtained from the infusion of peel of IGP Sfusato lemons , cultivated with traditional methods and hand-picked on the terraces of the Amalfi Coast . The lemons, immediately after harvesting, are put to macerate immediately, so that freshness and flavor are enclosed in each bottle.
Characterized by a very intense and concentrated bright yellow color, Pallini Limoncello immediately caresses the sense of smell for the fragrance of the aromas of lemon peel, enhanced by the ethereal notes of alcohol. On the palate it is soft, balanced and sweet, with a long and juicy citrus persistence. Gluten-free and GMO-free, it is a real treat for the after meal, refreshing and tasty and a perfect digestive. Its use is practically endless: to drink straight, with ice, directly from the refrigerator or used in cocktails and in the kitchen.

" This award flatters and honors us - underlines Micaela Pallini , President and CEO of the company, fifth generation exponent and first woman to lead the family business - the Gold Medal at the Spirit Selection of the Concours Mondial de Bruxelles, competition so authoritative and prestigious, it is a confirmation that our work is noticed and appreciated. We take care of our product with love, from the choice of packaging to each ingredient we use in the production. Receiving an award in a complex year like this has been for all of us an injection of confidence and optimism that has spread throughout the company. Thank you all! ".

Spirits Selection , born from an offshoot of the Concours Mondial de Bruxelles , recognized by the European Union and now in its 21st edition, is the international reference event that rewards the best spirits from all over the world, the only one of its kind to be itinerant. Thanks to the international panel of judges, the training sessions dedicated to them, the " blind " tastings and a rigorous control of the samples received, the competition stands out for its quality, impartiality and trust. The 2020 edition, in times of pandemic, saw the presence in Brussels of professional tasters who followed scrupulous health rules, to favor a smooth running of the competition.
