The closing announcement comes just days after the Group announced its rebranding.

DISARONNO GROUP, a diversified multinational whose business lines
including Spirits, Wines and Ingredients, with over 800 employees, a turnover of 370 million Euro and operations in approximately 160 countries worldwide, announces the completion of the closing signed on 28 May 2026 for the finalisation
of the acquisition of 100% of Amaro Averna and Zedda Piras, previously owned by Campari Group.
The transaction, for which an agreement was signed last December 2025, will be implemented through the establishment of Newco Meridia, based in Sassari, whose governance will transition from Campari Group to DISARONNO GROUP.
The employees of the two plants in Sicily (AA) and Sardinia (ZP) respectively – eleven in total – have all been absorbed by Meridia.
