The award organized by AIS Veneto and Santa Margherita wants to highlight and reward the best wine and spirits list, created by restaurants of Veneto.
The aim is to encourage wine culture by promoting the work in the cellar through a suitable wine list, perfect for wine and food pairings. The wine list is essential vehicle for a restaurant to deliver added value.
The award intends to widespread wine's culture set with value, easy to read and articulate the offer.
Reports, recruiters and awards "Wine List Catering del Veneto" 2013?
Award wine list 2013 AIS operates on reports of Veneto sommelier, agents or Santa Margherita Bonaventura Maschio.
These are the subjects appointed to judge and report best wine and spirits made by restaurants, wine bars, restaurants Local and public on the Veneto region.
Will be selected 15 local pre-selected by a sommelier. Then a panel of judges will choose the top three will receive their award at Vinitaly 2013. The prize includes:
-A plaque to be displayed in the room, including the indication of rank, or
A-sticker
-A sticker to be applied on the wine list.
Particularly relevant is considered the presence of a card or the section for distillates. The restaurant / club with the best card spirits receive a special mention by the Jury.

Will consist of: three representatives of Ais Veneto, one representative from Santa Margherita Spa, 1 representative of Bonaventura Maschio Srl, 1 representative of the Veneto Region, one representative of the wine world and one representative of the communication of food and wine of the Veneto.
"Wine List Veneto Restaurant" 2013 has been designed and supported by the AIS Veneto Santa Margherita, by Distillery Bonaventura Maschio, by Luigi Bormioli Glasses and Coffee Dersut.
