Piazza di Siena, in the heart of Villa Borghese, will host every evening the Night Dinners with great chefs from all over Italy, the Wine Top Tastings organised by the Italian Sommelier Association and many other meetings to discover the producers and the territories originating from great denominations.

The journey through the best of Italian food and wine is ready to begin: from Monday, September 7th to Sunday, September 13th, Vinòforum will transform Piazza di Siena in Villa Borghese into a prestigious showcase of Italian wine, hosting over 800 wineries and the most representative consortiums in the area.

"At Vinòforum, every wine and every production reveal themselves beyond the label ," says Emiliano De Venuti, organizer and CEO of Vinòforum , " because it's the direct encounter with the producer that allows you to truly delve into the heart of a business, exploring the company's history and the characteristics of its terroir, thus discovering the uniqueness and identity of each appellation in the winemaking landscape. For this reason, we've crafted a program that alternates tastings with in-depth discussions, signature dinners, and recipes that reveal the authentic soul of the cuisine, creating opportunities for discussion and sharing that allow visitors to experience food and wine as a cultural experience made up of people, stories, and expertise. We are honored, once again for this edition, by the support received from Rome Capital, ARSIAL, the Lazio Region, ARSAC, MASAF, and the Marche Region, which strengthens this path of promoting our country's rich food and wine heritage."

Wine Top Tasting, unmissable tastings led by AIS Italia experts

An opportunity to meet producers who will lead the public on a discovery of the vast and surprising Italian wine scene, ranging beyond the Alps from the wines of Burgundy, Alsace, and the sparkling wines of Champagne to the premium wines of Japan and South Africa. It begins on Monday, September 7th at 8:00 PM with " Shades of Sangiovese ," a masterclass dedicated to one of the key grape varieties of Italian winemaking in all its diverse expressions, from Chianti to Brunello to Vino Nobile di Montepulciano. This will be followed by the meeting " Pinot Noir According to Philippe Pacalet," a journey through the crus of the Côte d'Or led by one of Burgundy's most renowned winemakers. The evening of Tuesday, September 8th, will begin with a vertical tasting of Chianti Classico Riserva Carpineto , retracing thirty years of production since 1991. On Thursday, the 10th, at 9:30 pm, the world of Sake will begin with a tasting of some of the most prestigious expressions of Japan's iconic beverage, hailing from various prefectures.

The Night Dinner, signature dinners organized in collaboration with La Molisana, celebrating the Human Factor in the kitchen

Vinòforum 2026 returns with exclusive dinners, seven evenings for seven chefs, this year dedicated to the role of the human factor in the restaurant industry: past, present, and future. Gabriel Collazzo of Ristorante Radici (Borgo La Chiaracia, Trapani), Rocco De Santis of Ristorante Flora (Rome), Sara Scarsella of Sintesi (Ariccia), Danilo Mancini of Anavà (Rome), Gian Marco Bianchi of Al Madrigale (Tivoli), Stefano Bartolucci of Rossodivino (Rome), and Giordano Gianforchetti of Yezi Restaurant (Rome) are the featured chefs who will showcase their culinary visions each evening, exploring seasonality, attention to raw materials, and technical research.

" This year, La Molisana returns to Vinòforum with The Night Dinners, signature dinners that combine our pasta with the creativity of our chefs," says Rossella Ferro, marketing director of the La Molisana pasta factory . "Piazza di Siena in Villa Borghese confirms its position as the ideal setting for this event, which over the years has become a defining moment for enthusiasts and industry professionals. We strongly believe in this format, and for 2026, we have chosen to partner with our ambassador chefs, confident that they will deliver authentic gastronomic experiences ."

Each evening will be structured along a three-part journey, combining memory, gesture, and vision. This sequence is evident in the menu, the wine selection, and the multisensory narration, including projections and musical compositions that will accompany the dinner. For this edition, the wine selection and pairing for each evening of The Night Dinner will be curated by Vini d'Abbazia, an organization that promotes wine culture as a journey through the spirit and beauty of the local area, discovering the cellars and abbeys that, since the Middle Ages, have preserved wines and grape varieties that would otherwise have disappeared.

Saying "it's good" isn't enough: let's discover Parmigiano Reggiano!

A brand new addition to this edition, Parmigiano Reggiano has chosen Vinòforum as the ideal stage to present the first Official Parmigiano Reggiano Taster Course, starting in Rome in October. Seven days of tastings, pure-blend masterclasses, and guided pairings with great wines will demonstrate how just three natural ingredients—milk, salt, and rennet—can transform into a global gastronomic icon.

A journey that goes beyond tasting: through different aging processes paired with local products, you'll discover how time makes this PDO a versatile product, rich in culture and craftsmanship, suitable for a variety of gastronomic contexts. A chance to truly discover its excellence.

International wines at Vinòforum

Vinòforum is a great hub for all wine lovers, not just Italian ones, but also those from major wine-producing countries abroad. For the 2026 edition, the tasting program curated by the Spanish Tourist Board and the Spanish Wine Routes Association returns, guiding enthusiasts along the Spanish wine trail. Turismo de Aragón, Turismo de Gran Canaria, Zaragoza, Comunidad de Madrid, and Andalusia: these regions, renowned for their fine wines, will bring their expertise and wine culture to Rome.

Georgia , one of the countries with the world's oldest winemaking traditions, will also be featured. The participating Georgian organizations and institutions will offer courses and free tastings—with wines selected by L'Anfora wine ambassadors—designed to introduce the public—enthusiasts and industry professionals—to a winemaking heritage that is still little-known in Italy, but of extraordinary cultural value.

Paşabahçe , a global leader in glassware, will be responsible for all tastings, guiding wine lovers, exhibitors, and professionals through a journey of over 3,200 labels. Paşabahçe's renewed participation in Vinòforum 2026 is not just a technical collaboration, but a valuable choice, aimed at underscoring the importance of design and glass quality in enhancing wine and the sensory experience. In an exclusive setting like Piazza di Siena, the Allegra glass will be not only a symbol of style but also a true ambassador of taste, accompanying every sip with understatement and refinement.
