Saturday, 14th November, in Vicenza, the third edition of Cosmofood

350 exhibitors, 100 events and 40,000 visitors are the numbers that nominate Cosmofood to become the greatest showcase of the Northeast on the restaurant world and a unique opportunity for training and updating, both for catering professionals, and for the general public.

Two pavilions in which exhibitors are organized: one entirely dedicated to wine and food, where there are Cosmowine (wine), Cosmobeer (beer), Food (catering and quality products), Food Allergies, Gluten Free, Bio&Vegan. While the other is entirely occupied by Cosmotech, the area dedicated to professional equipment where you can meet the best companies in the industry with the latest technology in the restaurant business.

In the program there are over 100 courses, seminars, tastings and demonstrations, with close attention to the world of food intolerance and gluten free. For professional public courses and seminars designed to provide an opportunity for growth to industry insiders.

  Times: Saturday and Sunday from 9:00 am to 10:00 pm, Monday and Tuesday from 9:00 am to 7:00 pm.
