Five themed aperitifs and dinners in prestigious restaurants in Roero and Langhe, combined with five different shows on the Divine Comedy and accompanied by the wines of the Consorzio di Tutela del Roero : it starts on Tuesday 7 September , at the Marcelin Restaurant in Montà d'Alba, 2021 edition of Gustose Narrazioni , in a convivial homage to the Supreme Poet Dante Alighieri 700 years after his death.
« The" food and wine "review Gustose Narrazioni is a project of the artistic director Virginia Scarsi, realized in collaboration with the Consorzio Tutela del Roero - affirms the president Francesco Monchiero. - The event aims to combine the artistic experience with the food and wine, promoting communication and contamination between the arts proper and those of food and wine. » A dialogue, that between art and food and wine, which gives space to a cultural enrichment across the board, merging elements that stimulate the senses, intellect, curiosity and reflection.
Each evening of the event will begin with an aperitif accompanied by the gourmet focaccias of the pizza chef Davide Di Bilio (Pizzeria Fuori Tempo , Canale d'Alba); followed by Saulo Lucci , actor, musician and singer from Turin, will present 5 songs of the Divine Comedy - one at each appointment - in an original and engaging way, with passion, rigor and irony, accompanied by live music.
After the show, a themed dinner , entrusted to 5 representatives of the gastronomic excellence of the territory, will accompany the dishes to the wines of the producers of the Consorzio di Tutela del Roero , which since 2014 has been involved in the protection, promotion and enhancement of the Piedmontese DOCG Roero Bianco it's red.
