ONLY WINE FESTIVAL 2015: an achievement for young producers

On Sunday, the second edition of Only Wine Festival ended, achieving a success beyond expectations. Satisfaction for the under–40 wineries. The quality of the wines has aroused strong interest in young audiences, the press and industry professionals.

Precious and consolidated has been the collaboration with partners. We are looking at Only Wine Festival 2016, from 23rd to 25th April.

Only Wine Festival was attended by an audience beyond the expectations of the organizers: "the success of this second edition is under everyone’s eyes. The satisfaction expressed by the participating wineries is for us one of the most important reasons of pride that reassures us about the road taken. From here we start again, ready to improve further next year". These are the words of Andrea Castellani, Chairman of Fiera Show, the agency organizing the event.

"A special thanks – he added – goes to all the partners who have supported the event, from the Region of Umbria to the Municipality of Città di Castello, from AIS Umbria, led by Chairman Sandro Camilli, flanked by the Delegate of Città di Castello Tiziana Croci and the whole team of regional sommeliers, to the Savings Banks of Umbria, from Sogepu to Grifo Latte, to trade associations and operators of Città di Castello".



Only Wine: an important showcase for under–40 producers

The hundred wineries present chosen by Ais have witnessed the high level of the Italian wine production. The young public, the press and industry professionals participated in large numbers, confirming that Only Wine is an excellent showcase for promoting small wineries and young people who find it difficult to put themselves in evidence on the market.

On the occasion of Only Wine Festival "The whole town has moved with commitment and conviction – Castellani continued – and this was crucial to the overall success of the event. A special thanks to everyone, starting from the Municipality Administration, because we carried on an excellent team work that makes us hopeful for the future of Only Wine Festival".



Strong of this success, the dates of Only Wine Festival 2016 have been fixed already: from 23rd to 25th April, a great time to welcome the Italians who move on the occasion of the festivities.



Also next year, Città di Castello can host Italian and foreign visitors, offering them a unique welcome, made of quality of service and many initiatives.
