Kico Mion at Moros Station, Friday, July 3rd at Cantina Moros, Guagnano

The Stazione Moros cultural association continues its promotion process with "Dissolvenze" , a solo exhibition by Venetian artist Kico Mion , scheduled to open from Friday 3 July in the Cantina Moros spaces.
The initiative confirms the desire of Masseria Surani , the Tommasi family 's Apulian project, to see the winery not only as a place of wine production, but also as a space for meeting, hospitality, and cultural experimentation. In the heart of the Salice Salentino DOC area, Cantina Moros welcomes artists, writers, and creatives who, through diverse media, offer new ways to narrate the region and its identity.
"We are honored to host Kico Mion at Cantina Moros ," says Alessandra Quarta . " His works, characterized by a strong material component and a simple abstract language, explore the themes of memory, transformation, and the relationship between man, landscape, and architecture. This research finds a natural harmony with the world of wine. Just as every wine is born from the encounter between territory, time, and matter, Mion's works also take shape through layers, gestures, and surfaces that recount a process, rather than an image. Color recalls the earth, light accompanies perception, and matter preserves the traces of time."

In the spaces of Cantina Moros, where wine matures slowly and the memory of the place is part of the experience, the artist's work finds a context capable of amplifying its meaning, giving rise to an authentic dialogue between contemporary art, architecture, and wine culture.
The opening evening on Friday, July 3rd, will begin with a performance by the artist accompanied by the sounds of the handpan built and played by Teo Tedesco . Afterwards, the public will be able to freely tour the exhibition, meet the artist, and experience the cellar spaces accompanied by the soundtrack of Paki Zennaro .
During the event, you can taste Masseria Surani wines , with a special focus on the Moros Salice Salentino DOC labels and a selection of Masseria Surani wines, paired with a selection of typical local products. A discount on purchases made at the winery will also be available throughout the evening.

With "Dissolvenze," Stazione Moros continues to build a calendar of events that connects wine, art, and the region, confirming Cantina Moros's vocation as a place open to culture and sharing, where every visit becomes an opportunity for discovery.
