Effervescents du Monde 2015, organized by Forum Oenologie, was held this year at the Lycée Le Castel culinary school in Dijon, France.

The prestige of the competition comes from the rigorous selection made by the panel of judges with the motto "diversity, quality and high standards".

The jury awarded a total of 207 medals, including 31 gold and 176 silver medals. France is once again the most awarded country, with as many as 122 medals.
