Le Colture accompanies the presentation of the book “Drag Italia” with its Valdobbiadene DOCG.

For Le Colture , telling the story of wine has always meant going beyond tasting: it is experience, identity, relationship. The winery's participation as an official partner in the presentation of the book Drag Italia by Stefano Mastropaolo , author and visual anthropologist, held on Wednesday 25 June at the Sozzani Foundation in Milan, fits into this vision.

Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DOCG Extra Dry “Pianer” was the sensorial thread of the evening, accompanying the audience on a journey through words, images and reflections on contemporary identity. Elegant and luminous, capable of dialoguing with different expressive languages, “Pianer” enhanced the audience’s experience and underlined, with its freshness, Le Colture’s vocation to be an active part of the Italian cultural world.

The conversation between the author and Paolo Ferrarini , an expert in culture and communication, touched on crucial issues such as gender identity, drag aesthetics, and the power of images in contemporary social representation. The meeting was moderated by Daniel Munari , a fashion professor at IED, who guided the dialogue with a careful and involved gaze, between academia and cultural sensitivity.

The meeting was attended by a heterogeneous audience of professionals from the fashion world, students and culture and photography enthusiasts, demonstrating the Foundation's ability to build inclusive and profound cultural spaces, where different sensibilities meet.

“After the collaborations with the Venice and Rome film festivals, it is natural for us to continue this dialogue between wine and culture. We are happy to have taken part in a project that combines art, photography, fashion and social commitment: they are worlds similar to ours, that speak through emotion. Our goal has always been to make wine an experience, and this occasion has confirmed it in an authentic and significant way”, declared Alberto Ruggeri , co-owner of the winery together with his sisters Veronica and Silvia.

The proposed reference, the “Pianer”, was able to convey the philosophy of Le Colture in the glass: a wine with a bright straw color, crossed by a fine and persistent perlage, with aromas of apple and pear, floral nuances and a soft and enveloping sip, supported by a decisive freshness. A perfect ally to accompany moments of sharing.

This collaboration marks a new step for Le Colture towards meeting the world of fashion and creativity, strengthening the company's desire to promote a vision of wine that goes beyond the glass: an aesthetic, cultural and sensorial experience, in continuous dialogue with the languages of contemporaneity.
