Markets, workshops, children's activities, and cultural events will complement the month of June with activities designed for adults and families, including manual creativity, reuse, socializing, and sustainability.
The initiative stems from the company's desire, known for its work promoting and reviving Raboso del Piave , to open its cellar to experiences not strictly related to tasting, but capable of building relationships with the local community .
"We want the winery to be perceived as a place open to the community, a space for cultural and social gatherings where people can meet, exchange ideas, and enjoy shared experiences, even beyond wine," explains Sara Cecchetto . "For us, sustainability means building continuity between business, people, and the local area. As a Benefit Corporation, we feel a responsibility to generate value not only through wine production, but also by creating opportunities for community participation and growth."
The first event is scheduled for Saturday, June 6th , from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., with a day dedicated to art, vintage, and creativity . The company's spaces will host a market curated by Ilaria Tiddia of Abstract_antique_events , featuring vintage objects, handmade creations, artisanal artifacts, and displays of antique porcelain. The day will be enriched by workshops led by Giulia Bonesso, with activities for both adults and children, available by reservation. The workshops will focus on recovery , craftsmanship , and the stories held within the objects , bringing new opportunities for encounters and participation to a space usually dedicated to wine production.
The event will also feature book presentations of the books "La piccola bottega delle erbe" by Francesca Costenaro , "Gocce di benessere" by Domenico Basso , and "Sinestesie di sguardi" by Giuseppe Manzato . Jazz artists Masimiliano Gajo and Giovanni Gatto will provide lively entertainment, along with street food from Monkey Burger.
Throughout the month , workshops will also be held on decorating artisanal candles made from recycled materials from vineyard activities, bottling processes, and tastings in the winery's sales area. The bottles transformed into natural soy wax candles can be personalized with elements from vine shoots and other production waste, creating a circular process that concretely translates the company's focus on reuse, creativity, and waste reduction. This project embodies the value of craftsmanship and sustainability: the recycled glass tells stories of conviviality and tastings in the winery, transforming into an eco-friendly design object, simple yet rich in meaning, capable of enhancing the beauty of creative reuse.
