From the promenade, in fact, this year the Dinner Show will move to the main GIT beach , a very pleasant opportunity to enjoy great signature cuisine by the sea, in a glam and elegantly informal atmosphere.
It will be a dinner show in 21 stages with a very refined menu in homage to summer cuisine, with its flavors and aromas, freely interpreted by the chefs of the group's restaurants , who will cook live in front of the public highly creative dishes created specifically for the evening. To propose the perfect food-wine pairing, as many winemakers from the most prestigious Friulian wineries. The chefs of AB Osteria Contemporanea of Lavariano di Mortegliano, Ai Fiori of Trieste, Al Gallo of Pordenone, Al Grop of Tavagnacco, Al Paradiso of Pocenia, Al Ponte of Gradisca D'Isonzo, All'Androna of Grado, Caffetteria Torinese will perform. of Palmanova, Campiello of San Giovanni Al Natisone, Carnia of Venzone, Costantini of Collalto of Tarcento, Da Nando of Mortegliano, Da Toni of Gradiscutta of Varmo, Enoteca of Buttrio , La Subida of Cormòns, The Tavern of Colloredo Monte Albano, La Torre of Spilimbergo, Lokanda Devetak of Savogna d'Isonzo, Mondschein of Sappada, San Michele of Fagagna, Golden Calf of Udine. The Friends of the Consortium restaurants will also be present with them: Casa Valcellina in Montereale Valcellina, Da Alvise in Sutrio, Tre Merli in Trieste.
The overture - as well as the closure with desserts, ice creams, coffee and distillates - will be entrusted to 7 artisans of taste , agri-food producers of the highest level, united with restaurateurs and winemakers around the same project: the enhancement of food, of the products and the territory of Friuli Venezia Giulia.
The dinner show will start at 19.30. The price is 80€.

In case of bad weather the dinner will be held on July 26th.
