A network portal of Wine Idea. Discover the world of Wine idea

This important and unusual event involving art, wines, "heroic" ones and solidarity:

On May 10th at 6.00 pm, an important exhibition will be inaugurated in the premises of the "Antonio Pezzella - art expert" cultural space featuring two renowned artists who have long been present on the art stage:
SANDRO BARBIERI and NIVES SALVADOR
Both artists, as art critic Nicolas Molina points out, are united by the same watchword: constant experimentation.
Unlike what current marketing dictates, they are constantly changing artists, with new ideas and techniques linked to contemporary themes.
NIVES SALVADOR, from Spresia but with an international academic background, proposes, with almost sculptural techniques, paintings with combustion of plastics, collages and other materials, flying over current themes, such as ecology, climate change and the changes in our planet; all in a contemporary key but with a look at great masters of the recent past such as Alberto Burri.
SANDRO BARBIERI eclectic artist, painter, master glassmaker, ceramist, inventor of lamps and objects that seem to come out of science fiction films, proposes a series of works that have the appearance of windows that the spectator looks out of to peer into a world and a landscape that changes. Barbieri also uses innovative techniques, such as recycled paper and pigments of various kinds, always drawing on stimuli that come from the past, such as the Venetian Giuseppe Santomaso or, in some works, Tiepolo paintings.
The exhibition is entitled "Art without borders", due to a need to break down borders both in techniques, inventing and experimenting with new ideas, and geographically, proposing themes such as the thaw in the Arctic areas or the fires that devastated Australia.
There will also be, as in a sort of Matryoshka, an exhibition within the exhibition, with works from various eras coming from other continents; first of all a series of pre-Columbian figurines over 3,000 years old (private collection of the curator).
Part of the proceeds from sales will be donated to ADVAR charity.
During the inauguration it will be possible to taste a selection of "Eroici Wines", proposed by "Eroici Vignaioli", coming from the upper Valpolicella, the Croatian island of Susak, the island of Malvasia in Greece and the sea of Brazil.
