The first stop will be Paris, with participation in Wine Paris (February 9-11), an event that, year after year, is becoming a globally important trade fair. The Consortium will then fly to Düsseldorf, Germany, for ProWein (March 15-17), an event that has proven essential for maintaining a presence in a market that, due to its volume and long history, remains one of the most important outlets for Italian wine. Next up will be Vinitaly (April 12-15), and the Vinitaly International Academy , a training school for wine ambassadors and foreign professionals destined to become spokespeople for Italian wine around the world.
Looking overseas, the USA remains a key market, accounting for 50% of exports. For this reason, the Consortium will land in San Francisco (March 2), Austin (March 4), and New York (March 9) thanks to the Slow Wine World Tour, confirming its desire to strengthen its presence in a key market for Italian wines. Finally, for the first time, the Consortium will be in Mexico, an emerging market and the fourth largest market for Asolo Prosecco DOCG , by participating in the Mexico City leg of the Gambero Rosso International Roadshow (April 23). Aware that the most effective promotional action is to bring operators to the area to help them discover the strong connection between viticulture and nature, the beauty of its hills—from the Canova Gipsoteca to the Villa di Maser, and the Abbey of Sant'Eustachio—and the talent of its producers, the Consortium will bring international journalists from the United States, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Japan, and Mexico to Italy.
< President Michele Noal states: "Abroad is the place where we want to bring the value of our territory, and we want to do so by supporting our companies, which are looking to consolidate and open new markets, without ever forgetting the importance of the domestic market. 2025 confirmed a slight growth, proving that our strength lies in our land and its uniqueness. Although we are the smallest in the Prosecco world, a dimension we want to preserve, we are also one of the small regions in Italy with a strong sparkling wine denomination and two internationally renowned red wine denominations."
