OMAS and the Chianti Classico Wine Consortium, two icons of Made in Italy, together for the Chianti Classico Anniversary Limited Edition.
From the alliance of the two made in Italy companies, a new Limited Edition of writing instruments which tells of the riches of Italy is created: from the earth to its handicraft traditions. In the world, the symbol of the Black Rooster (Gallo Nero), which characterizes the wine production guaranteed by the Chianti Classico Wine Consortium, is a symbol of undisputed quality. Each wine has its own story, just like every writing instrument produced in the historic Bologna–based company.
With this premise, OMAS creates a limited edition with a strong craft, where the main element is wood. Each item will be a unique piece with its color and its veins, and will feature the typical color of the oak.
They are pens in limited and numbered series, 716 fountain pens and 300 rollers, which show all the symbols of Chianti Classico. Each item is unique both for warm shades of color and for the grain of the oak.
The stem of the pen is made from the staves of oak barrels of Chianti and finishes are in 925 ? silver. On top of the pen lid there is a Black Rooster engraved, while the clip is decorated with vine leaves, the number in 1716, year of establishment of the Consortium. In addition, each pen is kept in a box made of wood that reflects the style of those of wine.
