The course program will also be enriched by two days of online lessons and in-depth study, on 6 December and 10 January 2025.
The team of teachers is made up of 19 experts and technicians known nationally and internationally , who will bring their personal vision to the world of biodynamics and natural wines, including Enzo Mescalchin, Andrea Gori, Elisabetta Foradori, Alessio Planeta, Federico and Alessandro Ceretto, Davide Pellizzari, Filippo Bartolotta, Pierpaolo Penco.
Director of the master and coordinator of the teaching is Adriano Zago , agronomist and oenologist, consultant and trainer at an international level specialized in biodynamic agriculture, founder of Cambium , a network of professionals who, in addition to training, offer all-round services for wine companies, from consultancy (agronomic, oenological, geological, landscape, marketing and communication) for business development.
“The International Biodynamics Master for Wine - which we have also experimented with great success in the international locations of Cluny in Burgundy and Napa Valley - is the culminating moment of Cambium's training year, because it combines lessons and the contribution of theoretical notions, the possibility of interacting with an exclusive group of teachers and testing in the field and tasting the most successful cases of biodynamics applied in the company in the glass. A biodynamics that for us is absolutely concrete, made up of reasoned actions and good agricultural practices and supported by very current scientific research. A way of doing viticulture that looks at the fertility of the soil and that smacks of the future, of absolute respect for the environment and all the living organisms that populate it, not least the winemakers and their collaborators in the company", comments Zago.
