On November 23rd and 24th, 90 producers from seven countries will be present at tastings. Masterclasses and in-depth discussions will round out the program.

The VinNatur Association announces its debut in Paris with VinNatur Paris 2025 , an event that will bring 90 producers from Italy and six other countries – Argentina, Austria, Germany, France, Slovenia, and Spain – to the French capital. The event will take place on Sunday, November 23 , from 12:00 to 19:00 , and Monday, November 24 , from 10:00 to 17:00 , at 116 rue de Turenne, a multipurpose space in the heart of the city, a few steps from Place de la République , ideal for welcoming a large audience of enthusiasts and professionals.

VinNatur Paris will be much more than a tasting opportunity. The program includes five masterclasses dedicated to the technical and cultural study of natural wine. Among the speakers, British journalist and professor Dr. Jamie Goode will lead two sessions focused on the analysis of "altered" wines , in collaboration with Food Micro Team . Sunday will also host a meeting moderated by Christina Rasmussen with winemakers Eric and Martin Texier from the Rhône, Olivier Varichon from Roussillon and Faye Lottero from Tuscany, who They will discuss the evolution of winemaking styles over time, demonstrating this through tastings of an older and a more recent vintage. The program will also include two more informal sessions entitled "Passe Le Micro" : on Sunday, with winemaker and VinNatur advisor Marino Colleoni, and on Monday, with sommelier Cécile Macé .

"Despite its current challenges, Paris remains the European capital of natural wine: a sought-after destination not only for local wine shops and restaurants but also for importers from Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, Denmark, and the United Kingdom," says Emma Bentley , director of VinNatur. "Over the past twenty years, our Association has grown in experience and credibility, and today we can offer emerging producers a platform to connect with international buyers while simultaneously conveying to a European audience the value of an approach that combines scientific research and respect for the identity of each winemaker. Our French debut represents a natural evolution in our journey."

VinNatur Paris will be open on Sunday 23 November to the public and professionals, with an entrance ticket of 15 euros , while on Monday 24 November access will be reserved for professionals only at a cost of 10 euros .
With this new initiative, the Association brings to France not only its wines but also a cultural and production model that combines scientific rigor and territorial identity , with the aim of becoming a point of reference for the international natural wine community. After its Parisian debut, the VinNatur calendar will continue in Italy with VinNatur Genova on February 8 and 9, 2026, and with the traditional VinNatur Tasting in Gambellara (Vicenza) from 11 to 13 April 2026.
