The event, which will feature over 90 winemakers registered with the association, is enriched with three in-depth masterclasses on viticulture which carries out minimal interventions in the vineyard and cellar.
The oenologist Giacomo Buscioni will begin, who on Sunday 21 January at 3.30 pm will lead a tasting of suitably modified wines to raise awareness of the main organoleptic alterations of microbiological origin and their most common characteristics. Monday 22 January at 11.00 Samuel Cogliati Gorlier, independent Italian-French author, publisher and popularizer, founder of Possibilia Editore, will lead the blind tasting Italy versus France , aimed at identifying the distinctive stylistic or expressive traits of the way of understanding wine in the two main world producing countries. Following this, again curated by Gorlier, at 2.00 pm there will be Hidden Piedmont , focusing on the lesser-known grape varieties of the Langhe. Tasting selected labels from the Carussin, Crealto, La Morella, Rocca Rondinaria, Santuvario and Tère Rüse winemakers.

“After an edition interrupted in February 2020 and another of smaller dimensions due to the Covid-19 health emergency still underway in 2021, we are happy to return to the Magazzini del Cotone this year with a great VinNatur Genova – declares Angiolino Maule , President of the association –. In addition to involving 95 wine producers, to propose an even broader event in the program and initiatives, we worked together with local restaurateurs to create the VinNatur Bistrot , a food area located within the event where various chefs will be present of the territory, and involved numerous venues in VinNatur in the city , a cycle of evenings organized to lead the public of enthusiasts and curious people into the world of natural wine, together with fun and musical entertainment". Entrance tickets to VinNatur Genova , including a glass for tasting and a guide to the event, can be purchased exclusively on site at a cost of 20 euros. A ticket valid for both days is also available for the price of 35 euros.
