Nizza 2021, on the other hand, represents one of the richest vintages, both from a structure point of view and in the olfactory notes ”explains the President Chiarlo.

The exclusive event therefore saw the wines of the denomination as protagonists, new and old vintages, of the producers of the denomination, for which Chef Massimo Camia, of the starred restaurant La Morra, created an ah hoc menu, able to best enhance the taste characteristics.

The dishes designed for dinner ” explains Massimo Camia, Chef of the starred restaurant La Morra “are important, full-bodied dishes, designed to best accompany a wine of great structure and elegance such as Nizza Docg. The menu was really appreciated by the producers, and the positive feedback can only have made me fully satisfied with the work”.
