LUGANA DOC TANKS UP

It was heralded as a great, event and so it was: a true feast, for 1,400 "luganalovers" who have accepted the invitation of the Protection Consortium. Privy to the event, a warm autumn evening, complete with a full moon, an exceptional location, the attic of the Artillery Barracks of Porta Verona in Peschiera, but mostly about the true protagonist, Lugana DOC, poured freely by the 55 companies attending. Now in its sixth year, "Lugana Armonie senza tempo" ("Lugana timeless Harmonies") is now a guarantee for those who desire not only to taste but also to take the opportunity to compare different styles and learn interesting facts and anecdotes with producers. There were so many, from the largest and most famous wineries, to those smaller in size but not in quality.

The initiative, totally free for participants, is strongly supported by the Consortium, which considers it as the most important time of the year to enhance and thank its territory, and is made possible thanks to the collaboration and sponsorship of Pescheria del Garda, the Province of Verona, the Lake Garda Consortium and the contribution of Banca Popolare di Verona.
