Choose your favorite corner of your home, turn on your computer, prepare your glasses and start traveling to discover 20 stories to be discovered through as many historic and almost forgotten vines .
This is the proposal of “ Casa ONAV ”, a new course that, through 20 short films , will introduce some of the many Italian wine pearls at risk of extinction . Twenty vines to explore, twenty stories to listen to and twenty wines to taste .
Invernenga, Barsaglina, Nascetta, Baratuciat, Garofanata are just some of the leading varieties, which deserve to be known and yet, for most Italians, it is almost impossible to find them.
With this course, all interested parties will be able to receive at home a real kit with 20 miniature bottles of wines produced from these vines, and taste them guided by short captivating videos, recorded at “Casa ONAV”, precisely.
It will therefore be possible to enter the home of Francesco Iacono, Director of ONAV , listen to the fascinating explanations of Vito Intini, President of ONAV, and delve deeper with Alessandro Brizi , editor-in-chief of the official ONAV magazine L'Assaggiatore, and with Federica Bonello , researcher at the Viticulture and Oenology Research Centre of Asti .
