According to the cultivation plan registered with AGEA in 2022, the company's land is largely dedicated to growing wine grapes, with a limited presence of arable land, meadows, pastures, woodlands, and unproductive areas (tare). The total area is 91.4545 hectares.

It should be noted that almost all of the land is planted with vineyards. The areas classified as unproductive include the headlands of vineyards not included in the area surveyed in Form B1, as well as internal roads and company roads.

Vineyard surface area
The vineyard areas are homogeneous and largely consist of recent plantings in full production. The predominant training system is low-pruned, with modified Guyot pruning, particularly suited to stony, low-vigour soils.

All the vineyards are irrigated using fixed systems, both above the canopy and, for the more recent systems, with underground pipes. Uprooting operations are underway on 5.5705 hectares of vineyards during the winter of 2022.

The vineyard areas in full production were recorded based on the updated B1 form. There are small discrepancies compared to the company file data due to ongoing cadastral and administrative updates.

The varieties grown are exclusively white and include Pinot Grigio, Traminer, Chardonnay and Prosecco.

Pinot Grigio is the main variety, with several plantings established between 2005 and 2017, all Guyot-trained. Traminer is present with plantings from 2008, also Guyot-trained.
The Chardonnay, recently planted (2022), is trained using the double-arched vine system. The Prosecco, on the other hand, is planted between 2005 and 2012, using the Sylvoz and double-arched vine training systems.

The total vineyard area amounts to 80.0943 hectares.
