FARM ESTATE LAND BLOCK CALLED “ORCHARD”

The following is the crop distribution of the cultivated area as per the crop plan present in AGEA in 2022.

The farm's land is almost entirely dedicated to vineyards. Unproductive areas include the headlands of vineyards not included in the vineyard area recorded in Form B1, as well as the farm's road network.

Vineyard surface area
These are homogeneous vineyard areas, characterized by predominantly recent and fully productive plantings. The training system is primarily low-pruned with a modified Guyot system, particularly suited to stony, low-vigour soils.

All the vineyards are irrigated via a fixed system, both above the canopy and, for the newer ones, with underground piping. Uprooting operations on 4.1639 hectares of vineyards are underway during the winter of 2022.

The vineyard areas in full production were recorded based on the updated B1 vineyard area sheets. There are some small differences between the data in the company file and those in the B1 form, due to ongoing updates. The grapes grown are exclusively white.

The varieties present are Pinot Grigio, Traminer, Sauvignon, Moscato Giallo, Prosecco and Glera, with plantings between 2008 and 2022. The prevailing training system is Guyot for the Pinot Grigio, Traminer, Sauvignon and Moscato Giallo varieties, while the double arched vine system is adopted for Prosecco and Glera.

The total area under vines is 76.7605 hectares.

Company buildings
The property includes rural buildings dating back to the 1970s, including an agricultural warehouse and a two-story detached house. The properties are located in the municipality of San Giorgio della Richinvelda (PN).
