Traminer

Its origins are in Asia, is known today mainly for its "brother", Gewurztraminer, which has great reputation in France, Germany, Austria and California. It is vine variety grown mainly in Trentino Alto Adige and Friuli Venezia Giulia. There are two types: pink and red Traminer . The wine is pure vinified, getting rich wines with a bouquet reminding of spices and candied fruit with a sweet and ar omatic flavour. The wine combines well with seafood dishes.
