Bacca Bianco Chiarano area (TV)
Area planted with vines 0.3 ha. Planting density 5,500 vines/ha. Average yield per ha. 130 ql/ha. Harvest first decade of September.
Vinification technique: soft pressing with deletion of the last part of the pressed liquid. Cooling of the must at 12°C with decantation in the tank for 24 hours.
Fermentation adding selected yeasts and electronic temperature control to 16°C constant. Four months aging on noble lees.
Sensory analysis. Of intense and frank scent, it explodes with intense notes of red rose. Very soft in the mouth, it shrouds you nicely, resulting extremely persistent.
Serving temperature. Serve at a temperature of about 12°C.
