Certified Organic Farm Located in the heart of the Pontine countryside, the Azienda Agricola Molino '7Cento enjoys a unique microclimate and landscape. Protected from behind by the Lepini Mountains and with its gaze turned towards the sea, the Azienda Agricola Molino '7Cento cultivates with passion and dedication only native plants respecting the natural succession of the seasons, combining ancient knowledge with ultra-modern techniques and machinery. Wine We produce an exclusive and highly selected range of white and red wines in very limited editions. These are products proudly dedicated to quality appreciated by both connoisseurs and amateurs, the result of hard and constant work in the vineyards. Oil Our extra virgin olive oil is produced exclusively from the fruit of the olive groves owned by the Molino '7Cento Agricultural Company located in the municipality of Cori (LT), about 220 meters above sea level, according to traditional techniques that go from manual harvesting to milling within a few hours. We have olive trees planted on our land, some over a century old, of different cultivars: Itrana, for the most part, Leccino, Frantoio, Carboncella. This great variety that we have inherited from the past allows us to produce three excellent oils with very different olfactory and taste characteristics: Molì – Monocultivar Itrana; Molì- Monocultivar Leccino; Molì – Blend.
